About the Role

Through a high level of administrative skills assist the Franchise Team to secure suitable franchisees for the Roll’d brand. Working closely and reporting directly to the National Franchise Manager to make this happen, in alignment to the overall company strategy.

 

Job Description

Title: Business Administrator

Reports to: National Franchise Manager

Status:  Full Time

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

Franchising

  • Assist admin tasks in each step of Franchise process.
  • Align Franchise process with Property and Design & Construction processes to ensure the targeted project timelines are met.
  • Assist in the assignment process on behalf of franchisees ensuring renewals are completed within contractual timelines.
  • Instruct Legal Team on legal disclosure and maintain strong and consistent communication to ensure all documents are disclosed and executed correctly in legal perspective.
  • Ensure Roll’d Finance Department have all relevant information for timely and accurate invoicing/payments.
  • Assist in organising franchise events.

Administration

  • Manage the flow of legal documentation between all parties such as franchise agreement and disclosure documentation.
  • Coordinating bookings, meetings and travel arrangements for the Franchise Team and general administration duties.
  • Manage and update all documentation on HubSpot, Dropbox, Monday.com & Nathan Profiler
  • Manage external agencies in relation to completing all the expected/ relevant activates.
  • Facilitate and support cross-functional teams towards common organisational goals.
  • Be an ambassador for Roll’d both internally and externally.

Work Experience & Skills

  • Diploma degree in business or equivalent is desired.
  • Relevant industry accreditations or certificates.
  • Knowledge of the franchise sector advantageous.
  • 1-2 years’ experience within admin/office support role is advantageous.
  • Using fluently Microsoft Office and other admin software programs.
  • Knowing Adobe creative suite is advantageous.
  • Experience working in National multi-site operations
  • Ability to transmit affective messages across a broad range of audience and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with well-known brands.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to transmit affective messages across a broad range of audience and stakeholders.
